Day 1      Zhangjiajie

Arrive in Zhangjiajie,you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel for a good rest.
Accommodation: Wulingyuan

Day 2      Zhangjiajie National Forest Park ( B + L )

Take Bailong Elevator up Yuanjiajie,Bailong Elevator is said to be the worlds tallest full-exposure outdoor lift, tallest double-deck sightseeing elevator. 6 minutes bus riding to arrive in Yuanjiajie,Yuanjiajie is the inspiration for Hallelujah Mountain in AVATAR , Where you will also find the aptly named First Bridge under Heaven, Lover Peaks and so on.

Lunch: Yuanjiajie Restaurant

You need to hire a private bus to Old House Area(also called Laowuchang) for there are no pubic buses you can take to arrive at this place. Old House Area is one of the classic off-the-beaten-track places in the park. Have a walk to photo Spirit Soldiers Meeting and Sky Field Garden. Sky Field Garden is a rice paddy area, farmed by local people and hanging on an outcrop, surrounded by Zhangjiajie’s classic towers. What’s more, you will have a best whole view of Bailong Elevator when you are in Old House Area. (Note: Old House Area is a paradise for hiking lovers and photographers, the sceneries are absolutely spectacular, much much fewer visitors come here, and it is also a good place for enjoying sunrise)
Accommodation: Dingxiangrong ( The facilities in all home stays on the top of mountain are quite rudimentary but clean, with hot water, air- condition and very simple breakfast).

Day 3     Wulingyuan Scenic Area ( B + L )

Two highlight places today: first visit Yangjiajie Scenic Area, Yangjiajie Scenic Area is a relatively recently discovered area of Zhangjiajie. Like a hidden gem, its pristine beauty is a touch above other areas and its amazing landscape, with a bit of adventure and fewer tourist crowds, will impress you as you climb the steps.The Air Corridor, One Step to Heaven and the natural “Great Wall” are the most striking feature of the area. You will be completely conquered by this spectacle and stunned by the uncanny craftsmanship of nature! (Note: It is not easy to find the way to The Air Corridor and One Step to Heaven, there are a lot of ups and downs to reach there, both of these 2 places are the best off-the-beaten-track places in the park)

Lunch: Yangajiajie Restaurant

Then take green bus to Tianzi Mountain, Tianzi Mountain is a mesa in the northwest of Wulingyuan. Up on the mesa, the field of vision is widely opened up and it is a perfect location to have a panoramic view of the nature reserve.For the hiking lovers, Shentang Bay in Tianzi Mountain is the place you should visit, It is a gorge shaped like a huge basin walled by lofty precipices. The bottom of the gorge is veiled in mists and clouds all day, adding to its mysteriousness. Take Tianzi Cablecar down the mountian.

Day 4     Wulingyuan Scenic Area ( B + L )

Your guide will take you to visit Yellow Dragon Cave after breakfast in the hotel, 10 minutes by bus, Yellow Dragon Cave is praised to be one of the most beautiful cave in china , It is just like an underground "magical palace", featuring a wide cave, deep and secluded underground rivers, hanging waterfalls and dense stone bamboo shoots, and showing a style of its own. ( Note:The Cave has 3 floors together, you are not allowed to enter the cave without a local guide, there is no signal, so your mobile phone is not available inside the cave. On 3rd floor, you can use free WIFI)

Lunch: Korean BBQ or local restaurant

Transfer to Baofeng Lake, Baofeng Lake is pure just like a big crystal among Bao feng mountain Range，after entering the entrance you need to have 30 minutes hiking to reach the Lake.It is a leisurely experience as you boat on the clear water, see the hills of various shapes, and enjoy entertainment by the local minority people as they sing their traditional songs. You will also have the change to see the giant salamander when you get down.(Note:There are 2 ways to reach the top of lake: Hiking up or take tourism bus,you need to pay extra 25RMB if you want to take the bus up)
See you off in the airport for flight home.
