Day 1   Zhangjiajie

Be met at the airport by your guide and transferred to a character hotel for a good rest.

Day 2   Zhangjiajie National Forest Park ( B + D )

The tour starts after breakfast at your city hotel, pay a visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park ,explore Golden Whip Stream. Located in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Golden Whip Stream covers a distance of 7.5 km from north to south, winding across mountains and valleys. The stream is limpid through the year, with many scenic spots along the way. Wear good walking shoes and protection from the weather, we just explore 3 kilometers of this beautiful valley, then come back to Yangjiajie.

Take Yangjiajie cablecar up mountain, Yangjiajie Scenic Area is a relatively recently discovered area of Zhangjiajie. Like a hidden gem, its pristine beauty is a touch above other areas and its amazing landscape, with a bit of adventure and fewer tourist crowds, will impress you as you climb the steps.The Air Corridor, One Step to Heaven and The Natural “Great Wall” are the most striking feature of the area. You will be completely conquered by this spectacle and stunned by the uncanny craftsmanship of nature! (Note: It is not easy to find the way to The Air Corridor and One Step to Heaven, there are a lot of ups and downs to reach there, both of these 2 places are the best off-the-beaten-track places in the park)

Day 3  Wulingyuan Scenic Area ( B + L )

Head to Tianzi Mountain, Tianzi Mountain is a mesa in the northwest of Wulingyuan. Up on the mesa, the field of vision is widely opened up and it is a perfect location to have a panoramic view of the nature reserve, boasts rocky peaks in grotesque shapes and shrouded in drifting mist,Tianzi Mountain is one of the must see scenic spots when you are in Zhangjiajie,Your guide will take you to visit Helong Park, The West Sea and so on.

Lunch: Yuanjiajie Restaurant

Transfer to Yuanjiajie, Yuanjiajie is the inspiration for Hallelujah  Mountain in AVATAR , Where you will also find the aptly named First Bridge under Heaven, Lover Peaks and so on.Take Bailong Elevator down Yuanjiajie, Bailong Elevator is said to be the worlds tallest full-exposure outdoor lift, tallest double-deck sightseeing elevator.( Note: There are 3 elevators, you'd better go inside near to the window if you want to enjoy the scenery when you are riding the elevator down mountain)

Day 4  Wulingyuan Scenic Area ( B + L )

Transfer to Baofeng Lake, Baofeng Lake is pure just like a big crystal among Bao feng mountain Range，after entering the entrance you need to have 30 minutes hiking to reach the Lake.It is a leisurely experience as you boat on the clear water, see the hills of various shapes, and enjoy entertainment by the local minority people as they sing their traditional songs. You will also have the change to see the giant salamander when you get down. (Note:There are 2 ways to reach the top of mountain: Hiking up or take tourism bus,you need to pay extra 25RMB if you want to take the bus up)

Lunch: Golden Phoenix Restaurant

A short driving to Yellow Dragon Cave, this cave is praised to be one of the most beautiful cave in china , It is just like an underground "magical palace", featuring a wide cave, deep and secluded underground rivers, hanging waterfalls and dense stone bamboo shoots, and showing a style of its own. ( Note:The Cave has 3 floors together, you are not allowed to enter the cave without a local guide, there is no signal, so your mobile phone is not available inside the cave. On 3rd floor, you can use free WIFI)

Xibu Street: Xibu Street is located in WuLingYuan. It consists of water bar street, the Chinese snack street, xiangxi folk shopping street, leisure inn and creative mate. Thus becoming a complex tourism commercial pedestrian street.

Day 5  Tianmen Mountain ( B + D )

In the morning, have a leisure breakfast in the hotel, then check out from hotel and depart for Tianmen Mountain.Take the longest cablecar(about 7.5 kilometes long) in the world up Tianmen Mountain,have a walking on the mountain plank road built along the face of cliffs. You will feel like walking in a fairy land when the mist is still heavy. The world marvelous scene on Tianmen Mountain is called Tianmen Cave, means a door to the heaven in Chinese,well-known for being glided through by a world-class stuntman in a wing suit. (Note: there are two lines you can visit Tianmen Mountain, A line, traveling up to the mountain peak by cablecar and by car down; B line, traveling up to the mountain peak by car and by cablecar down, in the peak season, you'd better choose A line)

Dinner: Furong Restaurant

We will go on our city tour to Fenghuang Ancient City in the afternoon, 4.5 hours bus riding from Zhangjiajie to Fenghuang Ancient City. Check in hotel and you can have a leisure walking in the ancient city in the evening by yourself.

Day 6  Fenghuang Ancient City ( B + D )

Take your time as you spend a whole morning exploring this fascinating city，your guide will take you to explore the most popular 9 scenic spots in the ancient city, such as the Former Residence of Shengcongwen(a famous Chinese writer), Hong Bridge, Wanming Tower and so on. A short boat ride of 10 minutes on the Tuo River is also a good experience to relax.(Note:Most time you can bargain when you are buying some local things in Fenghuang, please remember to take care of your bags when you are walking along the street.)

Dinner: Local Mushroom
