English Tour Guide: Frank was a very helpful guide, he provided a lot of good suggestions, during the entire process, including planning, pickup, tour days, and dropoff, Frank was communicative, punctual, attentive, personable, and knowledgeable.

Itinerary: Zhangjiajie will remain one of the highlights of our travel experiences, from the immense stalagmites of Yellow Dragon Cave and the vertigo-inducing glass bridge, to the breathtaking views of One Step to Heaven, Frank managed all aspects of the tour so that we could focus exclusively on the experience.

Hotel: Pullman has a good location to all scenic spots, 3 minutes to entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park; 5 minutes to Baofeng Lake and 15 minutes to Yellow Dragon Cave by car. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is the best one we had during the whole tour in China.
